Electronic appeals

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 300-3 «On Appeals of Citizens and legal Entities» dated July 18, 2011, electronic appeals that meet the following requirements are accepted for consideration:


  1. Electronic appeals should be presented in Belarusian or Russian languages
  2. Electronic appeals of citizens appeals must contain:
    • surname, proper name, patronymic (if any) or initials of the citizen
    • address of his/her place of residence (stay) and (or) place of work (study)
    • e-mail address
    • essence of the appeal
