For maintenance of a city with meat and meat products in 1932 in Slutsk worked lethal platform of cattle productivity 300 kg sausage products a day.
On August, 17th, 1944 on the basis of a lethal platform has been organised Slutsk poultry processing plant.
In July, 1966 in connection with production plan substantial growth meat developments Slutsk poultry processing plant have been renamed into the Slutsk meat-packing plant.
In 1973 there has been begun building of a new meat-packing plant which has been constructed in
1976 and the order of the Ministry of the meat and dairy industry the operating meat-packing plant and new building in December, 1976 have been united in Slutsk meat-packing plant on the area of 18 hectares.
