JSC «Slutsk Meat-Processing Enterprise» is an expert in meat products.

 

 «Slutsk Meat-Processing Enterprise» is a company of full production cycle. The whole process from slaughter to packing of output takes place on the territory of the combine with all the sanitary norms. A strict sanitary control at each stage of production ensures food security of the entire production of the plant.

 The company works only with reliable suppliers of domestic livestock. It also owns a modern pig farm which is situated in ecologically clean area outside the city. Each animal is exposed to a thorough multi-step veterinary inspection, so the enterprise ensures the quality and safety of product.

 In the production laboratory equipped with modern testing equipment plant staff conducts microbiological, physical, chemical and radiological analysis of pork, beef and products from them. So, the quality of supporting materials, raw materials and finished products are carefully controlled during the entire process of production.

JSC «Slutsk Meat-Processing Enterprise» has the most modern equipment which provides our customers with firmly high quality products. The modern packaging in vacuum and gas-environment permits to preserve the natural value of the product.

The company uses only natural smoking and does not uses chemical additives such as liquid smoke which makes cheaper manufacturing process but allows cheating the consumer because these additives are harmful for health.

 

The main activities of the organization:

Production of beef and pork;

Output of semi-finished product;

Output of ravioli;

Production of jerked, smoked, cooked sausages;

Production of jerked, smoked beef and pork;

Output of canned food;

Production of animal feed, skins, endocrine and enzyme raw materials.

One of the main activities of the enterprise is to increase the output of crude smoked sausages, delicatessen products. In recent years there has been a significant change in the assortment and output of these products has increased in several times.

Worthy representatives of smoked sausages which are produced on traditional technology are smoked dry sausages "Slutskaya" and "Braunshveigskaya Lux". These sausages are in steady demand.

The range of delicatessen products is greatly expanded. Such smoked meats as «Balik Azhurniy», crude smoked pork «Koreyka prianaya» start making not so long ago, but they have already found their own buyers.

New types of products meet the needs of even the smallest segments of customers. For example, a cooked smoked sausage “Bavarskaya s cheremshoy” combines the best traditions of the homeland of delicious Bavarian sausages and exclusive recipes of «Slutsk Meat-Processing Enterprise»

The new product line "Vkus Vostoka" is prepared according to recipes of Republic of the North Caucasus, Tatarstan, Turkey and Central Asia. Juicy beef and burning spices correspond to tastes of eastern countries` residents and amateurs of exotic food. Innovations touch on not only products but also packaging, forms of customer service, marketing communications. The new design and easily opened cover became cans more beautiful and comfortable. Customers could also evaluate the new Israeli line of packaging products.

One of the fastest growing areas in meat processing is production of ravioli. Thanks to the purchase of new line for output of ravioli called «Dominioni» appears an opportunity to change fundamentally the look of traditional dumplings. Meat technologists developed collections of recipes and technological instructions for the output of ravioli on a new line. At the moment, more than ten kinds of dumplings are introduced and they are made of raw meat only and food additives are not applied. Especially, ravioli «Slutskie s chesnochkom», «Slutskie domashnie», «Slutskie kupecheskie», «Slutskie populiarnie» are in steady demand.

Currently, the company works hard to create and expand the network of proprietary trading. There are 6 stores, 16 meat sections, 4 meat stall and 2 pavilions in different cities of Minsk region. It also works on the expansion of markets in all regions of the country.

Therefore, the company produces products for baby food: sausage «Znayka-Zaznayka», sausages «ABVGDeyka Lux», and plans to expand this assortment.

The company's management is convinced that the partners should be able to buy only fresh meat and meat products.  The high quality of products the Company confirms by participating regularly in national and international competitions. Only during 2010 year company’s products gained more than twenty honorary diplomas, gold and silver medals. Enterprise obtained certificates "Natural product" and got right to put this mark on ravioli "Vladimirskie", "Svinie", prefabricated pork "hip and shoulder of pork, salted pork products: "Grudinka po-krestianski" and "Shpik bokovoy solioniy". Competitions «The Best Products of the Year – 2010» and «GUST-2010» in Minsk brought company nine diplomas of the winner. Contests "Best Products of Belarus in Moscow - 2010", "AgroRuss - 2010" in Moscow brought company 6 gold and 1 silver medal for the jerked smoked sausagies: "Brunshveigskaya Lux", "Prazdnichnaya" salami flavored by mushrooms, “Ot babushki”, also for the canned food "Goviadina tushenaya", "Svinina tushenaya". XIX International exhibition «Peterfood – 2010» in St. Petersburg brought 4 honorary diplomas. Among domestic producers of meat and meat finished products the company won the Grand Prix for the stable quality of products.

Evidence of maturity of the enterprise as a partner at the market was the creation, implementation and certification of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001-2001. The quality management system implemented at the enterprise to create confidence in the quality of a healthy products among consumers.
